Living in the COVID World ... and Beyond #88: Loss and Damage in Nepal: Who Pays for Climate Catastrophes?

I’ll be at New York City Climate Week this week.  I have attended and presented there on climate issues for the last 8 years (except when cancelled during the worst of the pandemic).

This year I will be presenting a hybrid workshop – both in the room and via Zoom online.   We are doing my workshop this year in hybrid format because I will be co-presenting with a climate activist from Nepal.   The session will focus on what happened in Nepal earlier this month and who pays for the loss and damage of climate catastrophes like this.
